Yes, we do not test on animals or use any third parties who test on animals either. We also do not sell to any country which requires animal testing.
We use a blend of soy wax and paraffin wax , high-quality fragrance oils and eco-friendly packaging to create sustainable, luxurious products.
We accept payments via PayPal, Clearpay and all major credit and debit cards.
Of course! Simply add your message on the product page or the shipping cart page, and we’ll include a printed note with your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.
If you have chosen a product from our personalised collection, please expect your order to be shipped within 3-4 business days.
We use Royal Mail, Evri & DPD as our main postal couriers.. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched attached with a tracking number where possible.
f you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase if the return complies with our policy.

We regret to inform you, that we do not offer a free return service and therefore you will be liable for return postage charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any personalised gifts.
Once a product has been opened or tested we will be unable to exchange/refund, if you are unhappy with the fragrance. We offer discovery sets to avoid this happening.
All goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of your Love Milly delivery. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
